Users can add reports / objects from the library and manipulate their dashboard to suit them. All report distribution is done automatically. Depending on Admin, users can run reports on demand and can choose what format they want to receive the reports such as PDF, WORD, HTML, Excel, and RTF. We have a concept of burst reporting - for large reports with many users - instead of customizing many reports for the end user we use Case sensitive reporting to filter the relevant information to the end user that they are authorised to see. This is highly efficient and reduces the draw on maintenance and IT.
